Who is your coaching for?Our coaching is for anyone who wants to get fit, eat right, and feel confident in their body, whether you are a beginner, someone getting back into fitness, or looking to take your training and nutrition to the next level. We tailor our approach to your goals, lifestyle, and experience level, making sure it is realistic and sustainable and delivers the results you are looking for.

3. Do I need access to a gym?Our coaching is designed primarily for lifting weights and strength training in the gym. If you have access to a gym, you will get the best results by following a structured resistance training programme tailored to your goals. However, if you prefer to train at home, we might be able to adjust your plan based on the equipment you have available to ensure you are still progressing effectively.

4. Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?No! We focus on flexible, balanced nutrition, not rigid meal plans. Instead of handing you a list of foods to eat and avoid, we help you build better eating habits, make smarter food choices, and create a way of eating that works for you without feeling restricted.

2. How is your coaching different from other fitness or nutrition plans?We offer a personalised, results driven approach that focuses on what works for you. We do not believe in extreme diets, generic meal plans, or unsustainable workout programmes. Instead, we provide clear training and nutrition guidance that helps you build strength, lose fat, and develop healthy habits that last.
